The drying capacity is a very large 9kg and offers you the benefits of drying larger items and is ideal for large families. It has a wide opening door for easy loading and unloading. The door opens 180 degrees; opening flat against the machine.
For perfect drying, there are 8 programmes to choose from and a variable temperature option. The variable temperature option is a useful feature that enables you to select a low, medium or high setting to suit the fabric of the clothes and to protect heat-sensitive garments from over-drying. Clothes will come out of the tumble dryer crease free and in the best condition needing little or no ironing.
The Whirlpool AWZ480E has sensor drying. This clever feature chooses the drying time for you. You just select the program suitable for the fabric and how dry you want it; the dryer will then stop when this has been reached. Sensor drying can save you time and electricity. The energy rating is C.
